The apartments of Il Melo Residence are immersed in tranquillity and silence, thanks to its location in a residential quarter of the city. Although the complex is off the main drag, the town centre is just 3 km away, and Balai beach is a mere 2.5 km away.

The property features 11 single-storey two-room apartments and a studio apartment, all benefitting from exceptional attention to detail and featuring every imaginable comfort. The indoor patio and the lounge outside Reception are two welcoming communal areas where you can relax surrounded by a wealth of plants and numerous delightful corners of the garden. There is even a shared barbeque area that is easily accessible and always available.

All of the apartments feature adjustable air conditioning/heating, WiFi internet connection, television and indoor parking with CCTV surveillance.

For every apartment, we provide complete bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen. The frequency of the linen change depends on the terms and conditions of the booking. The kitchen includes a hob, a fridge, an electric oven or microwave, a coffee maker, a full set of crockery, plates, pots and pans.

We offer a laundry service, so you can easily contact Reception during opening hours on any day of the week to organise the washing of your clothes.

The apartments have their own private terraces, complete with table and chairs for use during the summer (from 1 April to 31 October) as a living room and relaxation area.
